"Small and light compared to the over-the-ear hearing protection I am using (MSA Sordine). Also, the smallest among the other in-ear protection that I have come across... Comfortable due to soft foam but somehow I started to experience slight pain over long period of wearing (might be due to the hard core of the foam bud). Can hear conversation with people well. "Je me permets de revenir vers vous pour vous donner mon ressenti sur les tests que j'ai pu réaliser avec les oreillettes de protection Protec WO40.
Tout d'abord je voudrais vous préciser que les tests effectués en stand de tir police, ont été réalisés dans un stand fermé (en indoor).
Les cartouches utilisées étaient du 9mm (pistolet automatique).
L'utilisation des oreillettes s'est avérée assez probante en étant à une distance de 15 mètres des tireurs.
Cependant lors de mes tirs personnels, la protection auditive s'est avérée un peu insuffisant.
Le point positif des oreillettes était de pouvoir les recharger via un port USB ou avec des piles. La robustesse des oreillettes est très correcte.
J'ai pu essayer les oreillettes en extérieur, lors d'un tir de feux d'artifices et de mortiers. Les oreillettes se sont avérées assez efficaces lors des explosions de ces engins pyrotechniques."
"Comfort wise they're very comfortable. I like the fact that it has rechargeable batteries and you can swap them with regular standard AA batteries which are very easy to find. They fit comfortably in your ear and they seal out noise very well when the electronics are off. When it comes to noise reduction from shooting they work excellent. It reduces the noise both on an indoor and on an outdoor range which I tested."
